There are dozens of ways to prevent a huge black market of killing people for their organs.

I encourage you to read as much as possible on the topic. It's something that is going to need to be addressed as soon as possible with an aging population that is willing to go to a handful of countries to buy the organs that they need. Our system has made it so that only the rich will get their organs, and the rest will die on a waiting list.
