I love this oil fund - it's the biggest monetary fund in Europe or something isn't it? $60k per Norwegian? When're they going to spend it? What's the plan?

Currently there's around 2000 billion in it and they expect it to rise to 2800 billion by (norwegian currency though, cba to do any math since I'm supposed to be writing a 1500 word essay due tomorrow and I just started)
