I forgot to mention at Winstar
In my commentless TR to Winstar I forgot to mention about something that I've never seen anyone mention, but maybe because it's expected. The rake was $5, I expected that, but, when the SB put their $2 out there, the dealer would take $1 and slip it in a slot that wasn't the same as the slot where s/he would put the rake. I'm not sure, tho, if this was the same slot that they'd slip any tips. Is this usual?
