This fold seems horrible to me because you have a redraw of your own. Your redraw is not strong, because a lot of your outs are going to be held by the other two with their straights, but still, you have the redraw to the higher straight which is going to scoop the pot enough. The heart draw isn't enough to scare me away, particularly when the board reads 5-3-2, because people will tend to play A4xx like it's the nuts (don't know why, but this seems to be the case in my opinion). You'll probably see someone with A4xx with hearts and another with your the 2-6 straight, but none of that is certain and they could have all types of hands.
I don't think this is a spot to fold the nuts.
