So my family owns this gas station, and we let a couple move in to "test" the business out. they end up moving in COMPLETELY with all their stuff, and now we find out that they don't have enough to make any deals with us, and refusing to move out.

as ridiculous as this may sound, apparently it's a civil manner so the cops won't do anything, and it looks like only way to kick them out of our property which they haven't paid a single penny for (while PROFITING from the gas station) is to sue them. any suggestions?

btw this is in Canada.
