Go take your kid for a swim in Lake Charles La. I'm sure you'll enjoy the water and refreshing smells outside the plastics factories. Oh wait, you can't swim there because the local waterways are deemed too hazardous for humans due to toxicity levels. Yet nobody can prove which factory has done what over the years.
