Default Re: ACC Atlantic race

The tiebreakers are at:

It'll become a lot clearer after next week's BC/MD game. If MD wins, it basically becomes the winner of Wake/MD game.

If BC wins, it becomes complicated because of the chance for a 3-way tie. In the event of a three-way tie, the first tie-breaker is moot and you have to go through the cumbersome 'go through each team in the division' route. That's confusing because it says you track head to head results against the team with the best record in the division. But since you only get to that step if there is a three-way tie, I would assume they mean the best record besides the tied teams. In that case, it would be Clemson. Both MD and BC beat Clemson while Wake lost to them. That would eliminate Wake and you'd go to MD/BC head to head.
