Why the minireraise prelop? If you raise more, it is easier to push any flop. Also, the smaller reraise is better if you intend to fold to a 4-bet or have a big pair.

If villain has a top 20% hand, but not JJ+,AK, then you are 49% on this flop. Versus a top 15% hand minus AK, JJ+, you are 43%.

This is not a good flop for AQ with deep money, but with this much in, I think you have to go with ace high and a gutshot. So I would push or bet most of my stack.
