Fowler is deceased. (and even putting him on the list is kind of disgusting to me--although since they didn't put ungar here maybe they just don't know)
Some of the ones at 30-40-1 are tricky just b/c if they're playing they're possibly +EV to do so but they don't always play tourns (even the ME) these days.
