Yes, new dell inspiron 530 desktop.

4GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz
256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT-DDR3.

I ordered a PNY Geforce FX5200 256MB PCI card after reading all that stuff.
