Default 25NL Flopped Top & Bottom, Bad Turn Play?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 9 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

<font color="green"> Reads: Villan is 44.2/5.33/1.55 through 441 hands. He has been doing a lot of calling and showing very little aggression for the short time I have been at the table. </font>

SB: $15.50
Hero (BB): $35.55
UTG: $31.50
UTG+1: $25.30
MP1: $33.30
MP2: $40.35
MP3: $44.05
CO: $21.45
BTN: $24.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.25, 3 folds, SB calls $0.15, Hero checks

Flop: ($1) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $0.65</font>, UTG calls $0.65, 2 folds

Turn: ($2.30) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $1.50</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $4.25</font>, Hero folds

<font color="blue">My plan here on the flop was to lead out on a scare card like this and fold to a raise, I guess my question is, is this the correct plan to take here? I figured the villan could have been slowplaying one a semi ragged board with a set or top two or he could easily have a hand hand like K10 KQ and made something on the turn. </font>
