Default 50NL - blindsteal -> top pair -> facing aggression

Villain used to be a nittastic 9/5/4 you could just get out of his way when I played him like a year ago. But over a couple hundred hands at multiple tables he's running like 22/5 now, so I assume he's opened up his game, and I also assume that he's still very aggressive postflop.

I am totally lost here.
