Default Re: Ask me about financial success to spending 2 years state prison

Nothing I have posted is any "evidence" that I broke a law.

Going to jail is evidence that you broke the law.

Is it foolproof evidence? No, because not everyone who goes to jail broke the law (just like not everybody who gets off didn't), but the vast majority of those who do go to jail did break the law.

Not that I'm saying I assume people who've been to jail necessarily break the law or that the justice system is perfect. There was that death penalty thread a couple of months back that got moved to politics where I posted a bunch about the % of innocent people sent to jail for capital crimes and how it's a tragedy and any worthy legal system will set up rules that would let 10 guilty people go before they imprisoned a single innocent person.

However, if we're speaking English, than evidence is something indicative, something which is helpful in coming to a conclusion (it doesn't have to prove anything beyond a doubt, it just has to point in that direction); and there's no question that having gone to jail points in the direction of breaking the law.

So yes, you have posted evidence that you broke the law.
