the A4xx hand seems like a perfectly reasonable peel if a few players are deep and play poorly. You do have a GS to a wheel and you're getting like 4:1 immediate odds to boot.
J7 hand I would probably dump. Either the cards are > 7 and you have top and bottom pair, which could be drawing dead, or there's a low possible and you're drawing to 4 outs for half the pot. Either way, not a good situation.
