Well I really would like a shot a dealing with angle shooters. I think the best way to deal with them is to just not deal with them. "I'm sorry sir, but you cannot play poker here anymore. You are more than welcome to play any of the other games the casino offers." When you start introducing more rules you create more opportunites for angle shooters, not fewer.
