Cool. I actually really like the idea of throwing in a raise here, as this gives the chance of folding out the rest of the field and cleaning up some of my outs.
In this particular situation, I just called, CO raised, Button 3bet, villain called and I frown and then muck. Of course after breaking even for the last month and a half leading up the my last 3 sessions where I'm down like, 40BB, the "should I have just saved my bet" question creeped on in.
