2.5-3x raise for this effective stack size is probably better.
Jay, maybe you shouldn't change your strategy now, but as you move up you should probably because all the best players in husng find a reason to do it.
I raise 2x a lot sooner than 20bbs though.
As for the hand, raise more on the flop so you can call his turn shove or raise all in on the turn. You should be ahead of most player's ranges here.
