I dont really plan on suing them, but what if they decide to sue everyone who doesnt sign, or hand them to irs/feds on silver platter those who dont sign ?

sue everyone for what?? hand you over to feds for what? notice that the release does not say they won't do this! If you reported your income you shouldn't fear them turning you over to IRS.
