What I liked most was the discussion of Out of Position pre-flop 3-betting benefits. Winnining immediately is one for sure, but also that decreased effective stack depth serves to neutralize the positional advantage of the button.
And Bush is right, there are many players who make the mistake of facing frequent button raises and very rarely 3-bet to exploit this over-aggression. You don't want to go crazy creating big pots OOP, of course, but a lot of players so rarely 3-bet OOP that they're clearly losing out on some really good opportunities.
