Hiking/rock climbing therapy too... if I could get like, lots of monies and no responsibilities (halfway there, guess which half) I would go for three or four days and just hike/rock climb with a friend. And since this is ideal, a hot female friend (I know one who will go!) and have lots of wild outdoor nature secks.
Then come back, get stoned and watch Discovery HD.
