Fold PF - this sort of move is not +ev in a 4/180..that is unless the circumstances are so rare that you are running over the table w/ no resistance or the table is extremely loose passive and you think you can limp in cheap
Bet Close to Pot on Flop - Your goal here is to get your chips in the middle..a large bet works for me
Turn - I don't mind the push..villain has shown that he is probably committed to this pot after putting half his stack in already..pushing makes it easier than checking and having to face his river push
