I dunno, I'm always really lost in these spots as well and never feel like any options are very good. I think I'd call and that usually freezes these types of players on the turn. It's pretty likely that your 9 and T are also outs. Most people won't continue betting on the turn here w/o an ace or unless if he catches 2 pair on some 7x or 8x type of hand.
