This is why I politely decline invitations to home games - and settle for friendly games with close friends.
How could a game like this not be robbed eventually?

agreed. I used to go to a semi-home game, lots of fish, then it started attracting the wrong crowd. I stopped going. 3 months later (which was 2 weeks ago) it got robbed.
From all the posts on here, stories from friends, newspapers etc... Anybody that runs a game that is not just there close personal friends usually either gets robbed or busted.
