Methinks not - can you imagine how he would respond, under oath, to the following:

1. What exactly is the nature of your relationship with AP and any of its affiliates? How much do you make? Have you ever claimed an equity interest (insert appropriate chat claims here), etc. Why does your role with AP seem to change at your convenience?

2. Explain your relationship with Scott Tom, AJ Green, etc.

3. Go through the Potripper tourney, hand by hand and explain how you're the only poker "guru" who doesn't believe it proves he could see hole cards?

And don't forget the discovery process - all hands he's ever played on AP, so independent experts could analyze whether they show evidence of being able to see hole cards.

Stranger things have happened, but I can't see anyone connected to AP wanting to subject themselves to the inevitable discovery process which a lawsuit would entail. Their shadowy world would be exposed for all to see, as would the fact that even microstakes players on 2+2 were better at spotting cheating than he was.
