5 handed, I think I 3bet pre, as JJ is a pretty big hand 5 handed. I would raise to extract value, not to gain information. If 4 bet, I would call ?% fold ?% depending on read, as your still deep enough to play for set value.

As played, I dont see a problem necessarily with the line, but it just seems like the standard I-Dont-Know-Where-Im-At line, and the small river bet seems like a beg to call bet, rather than weakness. If the turn is a better card (9 or diamond), I think that would be the spot to bluff if you were fairly sure your hand wasnt good.
