I've only just started thinking about hand ranges myself but FWIW I think this range for him is fine.
UTG raises are usually tight but if he's pushed a few times already then AJ+ & AA-JJ might be too conversative. But as you said it's EV+ to call even if this is his range (I've not checked your math but it sounds right).
I'd defo call here.
