I would call villain's mini-raise here and see the turn. You can make you PF raises a little bigger, 4bb, but that doesn't matter much. Lead the flop stronger on the drawy board. Bet Close to the pot size.

As play you should fold or shove. Probably shove since the pot is 9.8 and you have less than 5 bucks remaining in your stack. Calling is the absolute worst option. Your committing your stack when pretty much any bet on the turn (which you will generally have to call) is putting you all in anyway.
