Against most reasonable villains this is a clear fold.
The only exceptions are: (1) A very tricky villain who can set up an elaborate multi-street bluff (usually unlikely since the flop is multi-way and villain called with a player left to act); (2) A bad villain who is capable of turning a hand with decent showdown value (e.g., a medium pocket pair) into a bluff; (3) A tricky, but perhaps not so good villain, who likes to make very thin value bets.
Each of these three cases is generally unlikely, IMHO.
