Extremely wrong. Well, I shouldn't use the word extremely... but you get the point. Read earlier in the thread when I responded to Stevie G to see why, its relevant because its standard operating procedure in the service industry to tip both up and down hence where Wynn probably got the idea from, but this hasn't been applied to dealer until now.
