Given that both of these mopes have checked to you and you have a four-card low, a three-card flush, and a vague straight possibility, I would definitely bet fourth. As played, I'd bet fifth as you've picked up a pair to go with your other possibilities. Since the pot is tiny, I'm fine with the fold on sixth, but I think calling has merit. I suspect that your Eights are winning for high, and you're drawing live for low, if not currently winning. The other guy has shown zero strength to this point, so he may not have very much at all.
