Default 200NL I turn an OESFD but face a commiting raise Deep

I don't know much about this villian but hes 18/5/4. I think with the odds hes laying me folding is out of the question. But what about calling and shoving any river that makes my hand? Alternate lines? Personally I like the turn 2 barrel because my BD outs are nicely hidden.
