Hi Everyone:

For those interested, we, including our attorney, have had communication with representatives of the Poker Player's Alliance. Though the issues we have raised are not resolved at this time, they have acknowledged that work needs to be done in this area and we have agreed to give them time. So at this moment, we have no further comment.
