If you're gonna raise, make a real raise preflop. Like, to $2.75-3.25ish.

Flop bet should be like 2.5.. you wanna make it closer to pot to discourage his loose calls with like 88).

On the turn, it seems like his hands are weighted towards draws but with some kings and some pocket pairs thrown in. You can bet like $4.5-5 (doesn't have to be as big as flop bet since he's probably calling like 50% of the time, as opposed to like 70-75% of the time on flop).

Anyways, just mix it up. Find players that call flops light and double barrel them. This guy seems like a fish so you don't have to double barrel because he's gonna pay off when you hit. But on the other edge of the sword, he's probably not raising a lot, so we can inflate the pot and still most likely see the river. I'd bet like 70% of the time and check 30%.
