This is exactly what I was asking myself.
Being stars reluctant to disclose how they reach the final decision there is plenty of room for him to appeal.
I personally would like to know how they found the evidence to avoid being in tricky situation having my wife playing on PS too and due to my travelling playing sometimes from the same IP and sometimes from even different countries.
