I would raise more preflop, even though your stack is a little awkward for it. 300 is good. I don't know about shoving preflop.
It's close, and may be the best choice. In a 10/180, someone would probably call.

The really weak flop lead after calling a raise is either a draw trying to buy a card really cheap, or a weak hand that's ready to fold if you raise.

QJ is really the only draw on the flop, and since you have 2 Qs, weak made hands are more likely. I would shove the flop, because I think you'll get a K to fold pretty often.

As played, I would fold the river. You can't beat anything except a T or QJ, and I'm just not sure why a T would shove the river.
