Yea I'm waiting for a big upswing to quit smoking but it's been awhile since I've had one.

I generally do 45 minute sessions before I take a break, keeps me a little more fresh and I always seem to have little [censored] to do randomly during the day, so it's kind of tough to attempt those iron man 4 hour sessions.

Edit: I guess these are on FTP 2 tabling, I used to play longer but single tabled solely on PS.
