Default Max Contraction

I just got a copy of Anthony Robbins' Get the Edge audio series, and it came in with a videotape. Turns out this video had nothing to do with the audio. The topic is strictly about a thing called "Max Contraction" training. It is a one hour video that starts with an interview with a guy named John Little (who just happens to be a student of the Nautilaus founder, Elington Darden, and the late Mike Mentzer who happened to be Robbins' weight training coach too), then finishes with Robbins benching 600 lbs.

There are just 5 routines (each lasting less than 20 seconds each) per workout done one set each. This workout is done only once a week. Has anyone here had any experience with Max Contraction for a significant period of time? If so, what were your results? And can you suggest/describe an entire workout for us?

Max Contraction is "high intensity training" taken to the extreme of failure but with a lot of recovery time between each workout. I hope I get opinions on this.
