With that said, his AF is a reason why I dont think a turn call is too bad in that he doesnt seem the type to slow down with a Queen just because a scare card hits.

If that's true, then why not raise? If you think he'll bet the river again even if a 3rd club/K comes, you don't think he'll call a reraise?
If you flat call the turn, and the river is say, the 2d. He leads for $20. Will you call?
