Matt. How long is it going to take for your book to arrive in european(uk) amazon stores? I pre-ordered it a while ago and just received an e-mail saying they wont be getting it until mid september?
Looks like I'm going to miss out on the study group? Not that it's a big problem because I'm usually best of studying ideas and concepts myself for a deeper understanding.
I'm looking forward to reading it even though Gelford here describes the TOC as looking pretty basic, as I'm a bit of a n00b anyway. lol
