ah sorry missed your point first go-through. yes 100bb is not deep. however, it's about the most brutal stack size you could pick for top pair and overpair hands when you can't routinely raise to 5 or more bb preflop and still get called. the SPR that results after a routine 3bb raise with 100bb stacks blows for overpairs. (is that what you were getting at?)
