I would generally fold or limp very bad hands. I would 3x some marginal hands and AQ+, 88+. Usually limp big pairs. Push Ax, small pps, and most 2 broadway cards. I would vary this based on the opponent and the situation.

If I had 25xBB, I would limpreraise more.

Here I think open push >= raise/call > limp.
