I'm down with that. I'm running at 18/15/3 since you sweated me instead of my old 16/10/2. It also helps that a MSNLer from my town gave me a live three hour sweat session for free.

Thats great! You're more than capable of beating SSNL from what i saw over that session. GL with moving up.
