The few times I sampled Bose phones the sound quality was terrible, noise cancelling they're probably fine but Bose managed to get a high profile name without ever really putting out anything good. Check Sennheiser, Ultimate Ears, Etymotic Research, Shure, or if you're really baller get a pair of Sony R10s
If you like the Bose phones though more power to you, just in my experience at least sound quality wise the sony v150s sound better and they're not even that good amongst cheap headphones.
