flat flop in hand one. fold pf in hand two. in hand one if he calls your raise you are beat so much, so i would just call and re-eval. turn. as played you have to call his 3b, then fold turn i think. also, raising the flop in hand one opens yourself up to being blown off your hand (which given the action is likely just a flush draw going into that turn.)
