Lovie Smith said after Sunday’s win over Tampa Bay that every Bears player who’s healthy and ready to go will play next weekend in Detroit. The coach said that the Bears want to win their final two games and aren’t planning on shutting down their team. He also pointed out that they have a few things to correct heading into the playoffs. With that being said, I’m sure the team will be smart and not play anyone who has even a minor injury that could be aggravated in the final two games. Remember, the ultimate goal is winning the Super Bowl and the Bears coaching staff has to make every decision with that objective in mind.
