I've had similar problems w/ neteller, the problem will likely resolve itself within a week. I suppose they take certain measures when faced with above average transactions, did you fund your NT acct just prior to depositing into PR? If so they are probably waiting to confirm with your bank that you have these funds available. When funding a NT acct with smaller amounts, NT "takes your word" that you actually have these funds in your nak acct, providing that you've funded your acct with the same bank acct before. Both PR and NT are reputable and you should give them a week or so before you start worrying.
