pre flop do something wierd, calling is meh.....raiseing is meh......so 3 bet V smallish, he isnt gonan bluff raise u, ull get more value from ahnds that u beat, and slow him down....or just call and like min raise on dry boards..., and it serves the purpose of isolatingu aginst him..... 400 nl they arent 4 betting with anyhting but aa/kk when u 3 bet thier utg raise, ..........raise flop...if he has a hand that he is gonan go with, the money goes in on the flop....just calling to "slowplay" makes no sense, either he has a had or he doesnt on that board........river is easy fold, he never bluffs here after u raise turn......
