My dreams weren't horrible. I think probably like my usual dreams, stressful weird situations, but not nightmares. But the thing is I almost never remember my dreams. And I wake up several times a night to pee. So for me having to wake up out of stressful dreams that I remember vividly 2-3 times a night was a big jolt.
