This only affects a small number of people to the point where they can't play as many tables as they choose to. There are also ways to minimize the impact (close unnecessary apps, reduce screen resolution, etc). Yes, I know it's frustrating, and yes, I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out a way around it short of rewriting the whole graphics system. It might take me longer to develop and debug a solution than it would for FTP to fix their software. Then, when they release their fix, I've got nothing to show but a lot of wasted time.
