help!

finally got a PC but its with Windows 2000...I dowloaded and installed the program and this is what I get when I try and open HUD:
Realtime.exe - unable to locate DLL
The dynamic link library gdiplus.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\Documents and Settings\Computer\Desktop;.;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\W INNT\system;C:\WINNT;C\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\ WINNT\System32\Wbem
any help possible??
